Master's Admission

• At least a bachelor's degree (16 years of education). CGPA: 2.5, or 60%
• Some universities accept the English Proficiency Certificate (EPC) instead of IELTS.
• Study gap is shorter than 5 years.
• Age limit: 35.

While many programs in Belgium are provided in English, universities may require Pakistani students to demonstrate English language ability through tests such as IELTS (6.5 or plus) or TOEFL (score 80 -100). However, some universities may waive this requirement for Pakistani students who have a solid academic background or have previously studied in English.

• University Tuition Fee: 4000 to 9000 Euros every semester (check PKR exchange rate). The Belgium Embassy VISA fee is 180 Euros.
• VSF online appointment fee: 40 Euros
• Belgium VISA administrative fee: 245 euros.
• Health insurance costs 20,000 PKR.
• Block Amount Fee: Block accounts demand between 11,000 and 13,000 Euros.

• Pakistani students' application process normally includes the following documents:
• Copy of Pakistani Passport: Make sure your passport is up to date.
• Copies of High School Certificates: Provide matriculation and intermediate certificates attested from BISE and IBCC.
• Bachelor's degree certificate (if applying for a master's program) attested from HEC or relevant body as well as apostille.
• Some colleges and universities may need scores from a language competence test (IELTS or similar).
• Additional documents as necessary by the chosen university: This could contain a resume, a statement of purpose, and letters of recommendation.
• Application Form: Fill out the visa application form available on the Belgian embassy's website.
• Gather Documents: Gather all necessary documents, such as evidence of admittance, proof of financial means, health insurance coverage, and a clean criminal background.
• Book appointment from VSF Pay the visa application fee.
• Visa Interview: Schedule an interview with the Belgian embassy or consulate in Pakistan.
• Provide your biometric data (fingerprints and photos) to the embassy or consulate.
• Visa Processing: Please wait for your visa application to be processed. Process times may vary.
• Visa Approval: Once accepted, you will receive a visa sticker for your passport.
